Everywhere At The End Of Time: Stage 4 is part 4 of the dementia simulation album. This part is where all the music style changes. How it works is like this: Previous songs from The Caretaker's discograpby, as well as unreleased songs, are mixed into a single song, which we'll call a "layer". These songs have those songs slowed down by a certain amount, and has a "scramble" effect added. This scramble effect is applied almost universally henceforth. The effect causes small sections of songs to be played at random at different times. It also causes these sections to randomly be played in reverse. These layers of songs will play for a certain time until it fades out, and then a different section will fade in. The cover art here is the painting "Glitsholder" by Ivan Seal.
Now, lyrics can't be directly written down, for the aforementioned reason of random parts being played. However, I shall list songs used in these songs, that do contain lyrics, and thusly do have lyrics. Post Awareness Confusions 1 & Temporary Bliss State have no lyrics.

Post Awareness Confusions 1 uses the following songs: Misplaced In Time & The Way Ahead Feels Lonely for the first 7 minutes (from stage 2), after that is a section that uses It's Just A Burning Memory (from stage 1), What Does It Matter How My Heart Breaks (from stage 2), and Libet Delay (from stage 3), for a small part during it, we have a section that uses 3 songs, an unreleased song (1), Fleeting Dreams (a single that will have a page made about it eventually), and another unreleased song (2). Around the 15 minute mark we get a part that uses an unreleased song (3), and an unreleased song (4), then at 19:44 we abruptly cut to a layer that uses: All That Follows Is True (from stage 1), Fleeting Dreams, an unreleased song (5), an unreleased song (6), and an unreleased song (7).
Post Awareness Confusions 2 uses the following songs: Libet's Delay (from An Empty Bliss Beyond This World) for the first 3 minutes (this section repeats a lot), after that is a section that uses Increasasingly Absorbed In His Own World (from Patience: After Sebald), An Empty Bliss Beyond This world 1 (from the album of the same name), and It's All Forgotten Now (from A Stairway To The Stars). Then after another 3 minutes we get a layer that has a title: Entanglement Synapse Ache. This layer uses: False Memory Syndrome (from Persistent Repetition Of Phrases), parts of Deleted Scenes Forgotten Dreams Part 3, Contemplation (from We'll All Go Riding On A Rainbow), and Mournful Camaraderie (from stage 3), then around the 10 minute mark we get a section that uses: Things That Are Beautiful And Transient (from stage 1), Isolated Lights On The Abyss Of Ignorance (from Patience: After Sebald), an unreleased song (7), On The Edge Of Breakdown (from A Stairway To The Stars) and an unreleased song (8). From 14:24 - 16:25 we get a part that is not scrambled. It uses an unreleased song (9). And lastly the part from 16:25 to around 19 minutes uses an unreleased song (10). After that previous sections get replayed.
Temporary Bliss State only samples 1 song, Bewildered In Other Eyes from stage 3.
Post Awareness Confusions 3 uses the following songs: an unreleased song (1), Fleeting Dreams, an unreleased song (11), an unreleased song (12), and an unreleased song (13). The part 8 minutes in uses The Loves Of My Entire Life (from stage 1), and Glimpses Of Hope In Trying Times and Last Moments Of Pure Recall (both from stage 2). The part around 11 minutes in uses An Empty Bliss Beyond This World 1 (from the album of the same name) and parts 1 and 2 of Deleted Scenes Forgotten Dreams. And lastly, the part starting from 14 minutes uses a layer heard previously, the one that uses an unreleased song (1), Fleeting Dreams, an unreleased song (2).

It samples the entirety of This Cylinder This recording does not have an official name cause the artist and song name is unknown, we do know the melodies that are played are: Tenting On The Old Camp Ground, The Vacant Chair, and Just Before The Battle Mother. It was taken from Cylinder number 13166 on the USCB Cylinder Archive site. It's reused in Advanced Plaque Entanglements 1 and 2.
